1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.parsdo.in, our dedicated tech events portal events.parsdo.in, and all service contracts entered into with ParsDo ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing an order, registering for an event, requesting a consultation, or executing a service agreement with ParsDo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services & Event Platforms

ParsDo specializes in two core domain areas:

• Corporate Gifting Solutions: Custom curated corporate gifts, welcome kits, festive hampers, executive merchandise, and client appreciation rewards managed via www.parsdo.in.
• Corporate Tech Events & Platform (events.parsdo.in): End-to-end planning, technical setup, AV coordination, attendee management, ticketholder registration, and live event execution hosted on our dedicated events portal events.parsdo.in.

Detailed specifications, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in official Statements of Work (SOW) or purchase quotations agreed upon between ParsDo and the Client.

3. Multi-Channel Communication Consent (SMS, WhatsApp, Email)

By providing your contact information (phone number and email address) on www.parsdo.in or during event registration on events.parsdo.in, you explicitly consent to receive operational communications from ParsDo through multiple channels:

• Email: Booking confirmations, tax invoices, event entry passes, schedules, and official notices.
• SMS & WhatsApp: Instant event access credentials, QR code tickets, venue updates, delivery tracking alerts for corporate gifts, and direct customer support.

Participants and customers may opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time while retaining critical transactional event updates.

4. Quotations & Payment Terms

All prices quoted by ParsDo are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to applicable taxes, including GST (GSTIN: 33BRTPR1384M1Z0).

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance deposit (typically 50% unless stated otherwise in the SOW) is required to initiate procurement and event booking.
• Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be settled upon delivery of gifting items or completion of the tech event according to agreed payment terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, corporate branding materials, and event collateral supplied by the Client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Client. ParsDo is granted a non-exclusive license to use Client assets solely for fulfilling the contracted order or event setup.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Order cancellations or event date changes must be submitted in writing. Due to customized manufacturing and vendor lock-in commitments for events:

• Customized merchandise orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
• Event cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date will be subject to venue and vendor cancellation fees incurred by ParsDo.

6. Limitation of Liability

ParsDo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier delays by third-party shipping partners or force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages).

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
